Display/decode order

Display order - defines order AUs should be displayed after decoding. Usually, the display order is the same as the order of capturing by cameras. Display order is defined by POC (Picture Order Count) in the encoded bitstream.

Decoding order - defines order AU's should be decoded by the decoder. Sometimes also called as encoding order.
