SCC screen content coding

The Screen Content Coding (SCC) appears in H.264 and further video standards, the feature aims are to improve compression capability for video with rendered graphics, text, animation, and screen-captured video. It is widely applicable in video conferencing, remote computer access, presentation, or game screen sharing.
