VQ Probe 3.4 is out now!

Today we’re excited to announce the latest update of VQ Probe. VQ Probe is a visual instrument for objective and subjective video quality comparison. Give VQ Probe 3.4 a try today!

Ability to disable metrics calculation for any stream

You can now disable metrics calculation for any stream by unchecking the Metrics checkbox.

Ability to calculate BD Rate for the Convex Hull curve

BD Rate is now calculated for the Convex Hull curve.

Ability to add found objects to the list of ROIs

We have added the ability to add a found object to the current project as a region of interest (ROI). Click the Add to ROI List button to add the selected object.

Ability to trim streams by scene

We have also added the ability to use scenes found by our Scene Change Detection algorithm to trim streams. Press Set Start/End to this scene to trim streams to a chosen scene.
